1. Form the Corporate Event Planning Committee - This committee works closely with the Corporate Executive Committee

2. Clearly define corporate event mission, goals, tentative date and time. Consider a modest budget that will cover all related expenses.

3. Send out surveys to department heads and employees regarding selection of day and time and suggestions for activities.

5. Holds initial committee meeting to review budget details and discuss possible activities based on surveys and Corporate Executive Committee recommendations.

6. Assign specific subcommittee tasks to committee members based on current duties and input. Assure that assigned tasks do not overlap and are consistent with said department.
